Sierra Leone Women's Association
Our mission is to stop prostitution. We want to help the women who are engaged in prostitution to function independently to the best of their ability and to foster love amongst them. Women in Sierra Leone were devastated, traumatized, disgraced, disrespected, made orphans, widowers and homeless by the rebels. Due to these problems, some women, mostly school going ages, decided to put their lives into prostitution in order to survive.
Our mission and goal is to make these people leave this field that they think is the best and quickest way to survive and live better and respectable lives in society. We want to make them know there is still hope in life and more can be achieved.
