Pulsar, Inc.
PULSAR, Inc., is a nonprofit organization that brings together police officers, public educators and young people by utilizing the leadership of at-risk students. Through group activities, one-on-one contact, retreats, and club meetings, PULSAR fights the problems in the community.
By tearing down the stereotypes that students, educators, and
law-enforcement personnel use to judge each other, PULSAR allows
these groups to work together to effectively combat drug, alcohol
abuse, teen pregnancy, juvenile violence and other issues.
