Philadelphian Charity Foundation
Philadelphian Charity Foundation (PCF) currently provides food and gifts to the homeless in the Northern Virginia and Washington D.C. area. We support and volunteer our time and services to the Word of Life Church “Hands Extended Ministry” in Springfield which serves 90 homeless guests a hot breakfast every Sunday morning. Consisting of pancakes, eggs, potatoes, bacon or sausage, and coffee. After a nice breakfast we attend the morning service. The homeless from D.C call WOL their home church. Some men have been water baptized. We are trying to reach and help those persons who have lost all hope. God is good and even loves those who lives on the streets. We touch the lives of the homeless by ministering to their spiritual needs, and physical needs.
For their drive back into Washington, D.C. PCF provides them with gifts: such as, socks, razors, vitamins, and a sack lunch & soda.
We are committed in helping the homeless. Brother Romy, a Director of the PCF has been with the "Hands Extended Ministry" for ten years. Brother Romy is one of the founders of this tax-exempt organization. We are excited in our new goals set before us; to establish a disaster relief panty, and expand our services to “Culmore housing area” in Shirlington. We desire to provide food, gifts, and clothes to low-income families in that area.
We ask that you support our organization with your gifts in kind donations. All donations are tax-exempt. We welcome you to be a part of our good service ministry.
