Lone Star Equine Rescue, Inc.
Lone Star Equine Rescue, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization dedicated to improving and saving the lives of equines throughout Texas and across the United States. We work to assist law enforcement officers in seizure, rehabilitation, and adoption of neglected or abused equines. We accept donations of unwanted equines or equines whose owners can no longer care for them. We also offer educational programs aimed to teach horse owners about care, health, and ownership. We are run by volunteers and are always accepting new volunteers and members. Since we are a non-profit organization, donations are tax deductible.
