Introduction Saratovski Oblastnoi Business Center and Business Incubator is a division of the Volga-Area Educational Center. It's primary purpose is to support entrepreneurship, business and economic development in Saratov.
Saratovski Oblastnoi Business Center and Business Incubator Programs and Services
Saratovski Oblastnoi Business Center and Business Incubator provides the following services and programs:

(1) selecting candidates with business ideas for training;
(2) teaching the chosen candidates the basics of entrepreneurship;
(3) assistance in business plan development;
(4) providing consulting and office management services;
(5) information dissemination;
(6) assisting companies in hiring staff;
(7) providing technical assistance to companies;
(8) assisting in searching for potential investors; and
(9) conducting educational courses.
The Saratovski Oblastnoi Business Center & Business Incubator is seeking to open another business center and incubator. There is a need for financial support, office supplies and equipment, computer technology and software.
