Welcome to Bucks Association for Retarded Citizens (BARC). BARC was founded in 1951 by concerned parents of children with developmental delays. Today, we serve over 600 people with developmental disabilities from birth to retirement through our Early Intervention, Residential, Employment, and Seniors Programs.
