Mission Statement:
Establishing a career as an artist is a difficult activity without the added
challenge of working with a disability.
The Triumph Foundation believes that it should not be debility that defines
our artists, but rather their amazing ability to surpass that which would
otherwise hinder them, and to create works full of richness and depth. That,
we say, is their Triumph, and the mission of this organization is to assist
them in this endeavor.
The Triumph Foundation combats these obstacles by promoting and assisting
the careers of disabled artists. In addition, we seek to educate the public,
not only about art, but about the disabilities of each artist we represent.
The Triumph Foundation achieves these objectives by providing public spaces
in which the paintings, drawings, and other works of art created by our artists
can be viewed.
The Triumph Foundation's services include:
-
Shows and Exhibits
-
Promotional and Networking Services
-
Information and Educational Services about Disabilities
-
Newsletters
-
... and much more
The Triumph Foundation is pleased to contribute to an improved quality of
life for the artists with whom we work, as well as for the general public
by increasing awareness about art and the disabilities which our artists
face.
