Manhattan Chamber of Commerce
The Manhattan Chamber of Commerce (MCC)was originally founded in 1920 under the name Yorkville Chamber of Commerce to promote and unite the area's businesses. Today, MCC is dedicated to the same principles the founding fathers encouraged: growth of the business community.
Our non-profit group (501c6) is constantly growing. We help companies market their business in NYC, nationally and globally to increase customer base and decrease expenses. Our membership consists of all types of businesses from home-based offices to retail, restaurants, not-for-profits and large corporations.
We had seminars on business topics, discounted benefits and monthly networking events. We are a business advocacy group and work on positive legislation for businesses.
We also run 2 of the largest street fairs in NYC and return the profits in the form of grants to the not-for-profit community groups. We have given back over $1,250,000 in the last 5 years from these giant fairs.
