A Different Side of the Game, Inc.
A Different Side of the Game, Inc. is a 501c3 grassroots agency offering case management and referral services. We create an Individualized Goal Plan for each child during the Intake Process. We assess the children for eminent danger. We then develop long and short term goals. We use these goals to establish Milestones for Success. We have established a network of youth agencies that cover a wide topic of services including: Counseling, Academic Guidance, Mentoring, Career Planning, Internships, Job Placement & Resume Preparation, Legal Advice, etc.
We believe A Different Side of the Game, Inc. has the right combination of Services, Case Management, Dedication, and most importantly Hope.
We are expanding our Project CARE Case Management and Youth outreach program. This program will offer valuable social services to high-risk youth in the Norwood Section of the Bronx. This once quiet area of the New York has seen a spike in crimes committed by and to youth. But we cannot do it alone. We need your help! We need the following:
