Society Against Violence in Education (SAVE) is a Registered Indian Non-Profit organization. We are working against violations of human rights in the name of "ragging" in Indian educational institutions.

Simply speaking, SAVE is possibly the only registered Anti Ragging NGO in India, till May, 2008.

We are trying to put an end to this by -
  1. spreading the awareness by various means
  2. supporting the victims
  3. promoting healthy and humane modes of interactions between the seniors and the juniors, while discouraging ragging
  4. setting up / promoting anti ragging units within the campuses by involving the students, the faculty and the staff, etc.
