The organisation is functioning in the Nuapada District of Orissa which is one among the 110 backward districts of India since 2000 consisting of local youth activists taking the issues like EDUCATION, RIGHT TO WORK, RIGHT TO INFORMATION and HUMAN RIGHTS. Youth Leadership Programme is an important one to involve like minded energetic youth in village level youth federation for issue based activities through Right Based Approach.Campaign on RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT-2005 is another activity for informing the village people on various schemes and creating pressure on the government. officers to do the job properly by disclosing all about the schemes implemented by them.
