Partake Development Society
PARTAKE has been established as a Capacity building and Technical Support organisation for the vulnerable. PARTAKE works for poverty reduction by supporting people’s organizations through Capacity Building and Livelihood Promotion on a fee for-service basis. PARTAKE, since May 2004, has come a long way in becoming fully operational with a functional team of 12 well experienced professionals, operations initiated with capacity building and field level support to various organisations in Andhra Pradesh.
The objective of Partake Development Society is to work with poorest and poor communities, neglected at all levels by the civil society, by:
- Collaborate with and support with existing and emerging CBOs of poor and various government and non-government organizations.
- Serve as resource center for developing training materials, training modules, research, studies, analysis, training on the socio-economic conditions of the poor and their institutions.
- Developing communication strategies for the poor and their institutions
- Working with communities, improve livelihood opportunities, gender equity, minorities rights, dalith rights and child rights.
