Myhometown"WE ABLE THE DISABLED" This site is hosted for the benefit of the Physically Challenged and funds donated or raised for and through this website will be used to give the disabled special employment, their own business and education. Being disabled, physically challenged or handicapped ( use whatever word you wish ) does not mean your world has come to an end. You are still very much a human being like anyone else but, a little different from others. In this world, everyone is handicapped and different in some way from each other. Yet unique in their own way. Everyone is important to this world just like the 5 fingers on our hands.... each very different yet required to function as one body. We need to be positive in everything we say and do for ourselves and for others. It is then only can we expect to meet with success and show the less fortunate who are worse of than us that, NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE when you maintain a POSITIVE ATTITUDE in your every day life. The secret to a POSITIVE ATTITUDE is living ONE DAY AT A TIME. 'Tomorrow is a Mystery` `Today is Present`! A `GIFT` given by God to each one of us! Treasure it ! Share it ! Live it! In other words you MUST adapt the `Here and Now` platform of daily life which will reveal the wonders of a `Happy and Satisfied Life`. I assure you, you will never be the same person you were, once you practice and continue following this platform of daily living. The word `CANNOT` will disappear from your dictionary and happiness will prevail and overcome any obstacles which may cross your path. I have been handicapped for many years but for me, to live `one day at a time` and applying the `here and now` platform, daily living has become a joy for me because I know whatever comes before me, I will be able to accept, handle and control. I have learnt to cope with my handicap, sustain myself and develop a positive attitude to deal with every day situations. This attitude I wish to share with other less fortunate people with the desire to give them a sense of stability, the determination to be educated and to become self sufficient.
