Health care is provided through five dispensaries in Jalandhar city in the poor areas of the city, one of the dispensaries is a mobile dispensary,which caters to the surrounding villages of Jalandhar city. The dispensaries are attended by specialists from various fields of medicine as visiting consultants. The medicines are given free to the patients. Laboratory facilities to provide basic laboratory investigations are provided. I provides medical aid to about 100000 patients annually.

Education services include:

1. Teaching slum children under Saksharta Mission of India.
2. Distribution of scholarships worth Rs. 2 lacs ($4500) annually to the poor but intelligent students.
3. A regular high school providing CBSE level education recognized by Central Board of Secondary Education India. Poor students in the school are also given financial help to pursue their studies.
4. Vocational Center providing computer education to poor students on subsidized charges.
5. Teaching basic skills like stitching, embroidery to females to make them self sufficient.

The donations to the Society are exempt under section 80G of Income Tax Act India.

A sister organization Manav Sehyog Society, USA also functions in USA, registered in California and is a 501 C3 Federal tax exempt organization under section 501 (a) of IRS Code, as well as CA State tax exempt under section 2370.

The Society plans to expand its activities in slum areas in education of their children.
