Jeppiaar Educational Trust was founded by Thiru. Jeppiaar, M.A.,B.L., in 1987. Thiru.Jeppiaar, who is a follower of the Late Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu Bharat Ratna, Dr.M.G.Ramachandran, has dedicated himself to the cause of technical education. The main objective of the Trust is to bring up institutions with a disciplined student community and to provide technical manpower to cater to the needs of the industry.
