Headstart Resources
Headstart Resources is involved in the provision of educational resources to the under privileged. We maintain an inventory of a vast collection of study material and literature pertaining to education, health, communications , economics, finance, philosophy, psychology, art and culture, religion, which also include audio and video resources. We are free for one and all, particularly students, researchers, learners and almost anyone with a thirst for learning.
Some of the areas we are involved in are:
- Child welfare programs - development resources for slum children and the poor and under nourished
- Education at the door step programs
- Midday meals to encourage slum children to study
- Audio video resources for promoting health and hygiene, sanitation measures, etc.
- Discouraging child labor
- Recreational activities for the children of mass laborers who are mostly illiterate and poor
