Centre of Concern for Child Labour is a voluntary organisation whose mission is to promote education among deprived children as we believe that education is key to stop child labour and bring social change in the long run.

CCCL runs non formal education programme for children who are unable to go to regular school. It provides training to girls from marginalized families so that they have positive attitude about life. This not only provides self reasoning basis for reducing teenage pregnancies but also checks suicidal tendencies among adolescent girls. Knowledge about AIDs /HIV is given to the girls along with personal health and hygiene.

We intend to introduce skill oriented courses for girls in computer, body care and para health workers.

Our plans are as follows:

2001 - Opening one centre
2003 preparing assessment report
2010 one model centre in 10 locations
2020 basic education to all children

Our message to community is we want to teach children how to fish and not to distribute fish free. Self reliant, dignity and self help makes poor families see through difficult times. Let us make our children's future better.
