Backward Community Literacy - Development Society (BCLDS)
“BCLDS” is a non-profit, non-political voluntary organization, which is restlessly rendering its services for the development of the depressed, oppressed downtrodden communities in Kadapa and Anantapur Districts of Andhra Pradesh State, India. The noble idea of the great people of our nation such as Sri M.K.Gandhi, Sri Ambedkar is the inspiration of starting BCLDS. Our organization is identifying the problems faced by fellow untouchable rural / urban poor and with the help of magnanimous donors we are assisting them for their betterment.
BCLDS is the organization working since years with a sincere motto of serve the needy, who are in need, with almost devotion. The under privileged rural /urban poor in many areas were given timely guidance and support for their own development, bringing in interests in them to live a dignified human life.
As far as Kadapa and Anantapur Districts is concerned, it is a vast area filled with pretty good drought and completely ignored people Ninety percent of Kadapa and Anantapur Population are living in rural areas cursing their own dreadful destiny. Most important of reasons as to why they have not developed since ages is that they are illiterates and thus ignorant and lack of helping and a good guiding mind with them.
The people of the proposed Kadapa and Anantapur Districts are no exception to the above besides all this; they are straggling under the dominating people, as agricultural labourers with meager wages. In times of emergency, the labourers would borrow money from rich people for high interest rates and becomes slaves to them as they can’t repay the sums.
We therefore humbly request your nobility to send us your guidelines for applying need projects and help the fellow human beings who are in distress and for this act of kindness; the Almighty may shower his blessing on the magnanimous donors.

A) Registration - BCLDS was registered under the Indian Societies Registration Act, XXI of 1860, bearing registration Number: 13/1991
B) Foreign Exchange Registration - BCLDS was also registered under the Foreign contribution (regulation), Act, 1976 in the year, 1991.F.C.R.A.No.010160302, dated: 2002.
C) Income tax exemption BCLDS has Income Tax exemption under 12 A certificate
