Third Gear Youth Leadership is a 501(c) 3 non profit organization committed to the cultivation and support of at risk youth.
Third Gear dedicated to guiding under served youth to realize their full potential. Working with schools, families, and community organizations, Third Gear provides opportunities for personal and academic success, by bringing hope to our youth, and enhancing the quality of community life with creations and economic development in the community.
Third Gear Leadership organization is a free daily after school program , dedicated to providing a safe haven, academic support and encouraging our youth to become productive citizens in the North Lawndale Community while their parents are at work.
