The mission of A New Harvey Rising City Wide Block Club is to improve & enhance awareness of the citizens through community interaction. CWBC's purpose is to assist in bringing governing bodies and citizens together to rebuild community relationships. Our organization acts as a liaison between city, government, police, schools, churches, businesses and residents in an attempt to rebuild and maintain the integrity of the GREAT CITY OF HARVEY.
