Wellspring offers hospitality in a safe, warm environment to any woman and her children. Counseling, free breakfast, case management and parenting classes are available. Safety net services. Stress management including yoga in English and in Spanish. Services are free and there is no prerequisite for participation.

Founded in 1987 in Sacramento's Oak Park neighborhood, Wellspring is a trusted community resource offering services to any woman and her child. Programs include a nutritious, hot breakfast available weekdays from 7:30 - 11:30 a.m. Additional services are counseling and case management, safety net services and much more.


This organization has informed us they are qualified under their local country tax law to receive tax deductible contributions.
