Shine is a Christian nonprofit corporation whose mission is to provide provision to Godly visions through providing free or low cost development, fund raising and capacity building services to grassroots Christian non profits.
Shine Director, E.C. (Ed) Donnally has lived a most amazing life. He is the only person to have been a professional horse jockey, newspaper and magazine writer, television producer, certified fund raiser, licensed minister and endorsed chaplain.
He also was once indicted for sports bribery and was a Los Angeles County Jail inmate who started his ministry career at the Los Angeles Dream Center and in the amazing space of five years became a licensed Foursquare Minister.
A former Eclipse Award winning journalist for the Dallas Morning News, he has published over 30 articles in Christian magazines, including Charisma Magazine, is an Associate Pastor at Venice Beach Foursquare Church in Venice Beach, California, an endorsed Foursquare Chaplain and holds a Certificate in Fund Raising from UCLA. He is a development consultant and for seven years was the Development Director for Race Track Chaplaincy of America, which sanctions and oversees 80 chaplains who serve at 120 horse tracks and training/breeding centers throughout North and South America.
He is a frequent speaker in churches, track chaplaincy services, recovery conferences, rehab centers and halfway houses. He and his wife Sandi can often be found on Venice Beach, among the crystal sellers, fortune tellers and tarot card readers passing out Ray Comfort Ten Commandment pennies and sharing the amazing miracle Jesus Christ performed for him one fateful day in a San Pedro, California jail cell.
SHINE is a non-profit tax exempt corporation, chartered by Ed and Sandi Donnally to provide development, fund raising and capacity building services to grassroots Christian organizations.
