The South Central Coalition Against Lenders-Contractors Fraud & Redlining Inc. (SCC) is a nonprofit organization that's mobilizing and educating Los Angeles vulnerable citizens against the continuing and historic victimization by financial institutions, contractors, insurance companies and others who prey on low income and under served communities.
The (SCC) is standing up to empower the multi-cultural majority against deceptions, barriers and discriminations they face due to language, economics, culture or age.
