Our Objectives:
- Raise awareness of domestic violence through a series of public service announcements for broadcast in all available media including print, television, radio, Internet and public speaking.
- Improve the access and delivery of immediate medical care to victims.
- Act as a conduit for services available to victims including the Los Angeles County Victims of Crime Program, Shelters and other essential resources including legal, financial, retraining and employment.
- Provide a support mechanism to other community agencies including financial, organizational and volunteer resources.
- Provide comprehensive educational resources and intervention for students of high school age.
- Construct and operate two 100-bed facilities designed to provide an emergency "safe haven" facility for victims and their children.
