New Dawn Foundation is a non profit housing provider who purchases homes from HUD at a discount and rehabs those homes. The homes are then offered for sale to low and moderate income families. Income must not exceed 115% of median. Owner occupancy is required. Debt management and counseling is provided to help people achieve home ownership. Projects are currently underway in the Antelope Valley area of Los Angeles County in California. First time buyers and economically challenged buyers are welcome.

This organization has informed us they are qualified to receive tax deductible contributions.
