Mickaboo Companion Bird Rescue is a Northern California non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing companion birds that have been neglected, abused, sick or injured. We rehabilitate them when necessary and place them in safe, caring foster homes until a permanent home can be found.

Mission statement: To provide protection for those who through no fault or choice of their own, cannot help themselves and depend on humans for their care. To ensure the highest quality of life for our companion birds. To educate bird owners on the most current care information available so that their birds medical, emotional and dietary needs will be met.
