East Bay Community Recovery ProjectEast Bay Community Recovery Project (EBCRP) is a 501(c)(3) non profit drug and alcohol rehabilitation program. We’ve provided substance abuse treatment and relapse prevention programs in Alameda County since 1989. Our mission statement is as follows: To foster drug free communities by providing comprehensive services to individuals, families, and the greater communities. EBCRP’s organizational philosophy is captured in the following statement made by our Executive Director, Joan Ellen Zweben, Ph.D.: “We have a broad view of our mission; successful treatment has effects which expand outward. The recovering person needs to take responsibility for his or her own life, and also join in creating a new social environment. Staff and clients join in this task, influencing our families, neighborhoods, and the urban area around us.” Visit the East Bay Community Recovery Project home page. |
