Founded in 1982, BASILEIA MISSIONS INC is a New York State not-for-profit (501-C-3) tax-exempt faith-based corporation.
BASILEIA MISSIONS seeks to serve Church and Community alike by meeting the spiritual, physical, emotional, social, cultural, economic, intellectual, technical, vocational, professional and other critical needs of people from all backgrounds and walks of life. Deriving its name from the Greek word "Basileia" meaning "GOD IS SUPREME," the Mission primarily serves Liberia (West Africa by helping bring Christ-centered healing, health, hope and wholeness to war-ravaged communities and people.
"Education for Transformation" is its cutting edge ministry being developed through a growing network of Basileia Partners who pray, care and share. All gifts and contributions to Basileia Missions Inc. are fully tax-deductible as allowed by law, and will be receipted for tax purposes.
BASILEIA MISSIONS and its leadership have been recognized and commended by a stellar array of distinguished leaders, including a United States Vice President; a ranking U.S. Senator; a New York State Governor; and veteran missionaries to Liberia. The Founders have been honored for "Distinguished Services to Africa." TO GOD BE THE GLORY!
