Association of Apparel and Textile Exporters in Bulgaria

Association of Apparel and Textile Exporters in Bulgaria (AATEB) was founded in 1998 in an effort to raise the voice of the Bulgarian apparel and textile producers in and outside the country and to increase their global awareness.
In the country, AATEB assists its members with information on industry and fashion news, foreign market regulations and requirements, marketing information and instruments, legal matters etc.
AATEB develops bilateral contacts with partner organizations in the major clothing consuming and exporting countries. AATEB offers business solutions and guides partners from the other countries when relocating their production abroad and seeking production in lower cost countries such as Bulgaria.
AATEB supports industrial cooperation between its members and interested foreign partners. AATEB popularizes the full advantage of the clothing sector in the country situated near the largest world market - EU with an apparent consumption of 211 Billion ECU:
- possessing a qualified and inexpensive work force
- no trade barriers for made in Bulgaria products
AATEB supports the export operations of Bulgarian companies to the North-American market too.
AATEB is a member of the Bulgarian Industrial Association and the Bulgarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Central European Initiative, East-West Business Association and has applied for membership with the most significant world apparel federation and associations. Being a non-profit organization, AATEB is an active member of the NGO community in the field of international cooperation and economic development.
AATEB is open for cooperation with associations, companies and individuals towards a better world for tomorrow, starting today.
